You will receive a tracking number on your shipping confirmation. Click on the link provided on the delivery carrier website tracking service. The details of your order will be provided in the confirmation email you receive. How long is my styling tool warranty for?

Products purchased from and authorized resellers must register their product within 30 days of purchase to validate the product warranty. Registered products are covered under their warranty from date of purchase. Our standard warranty on all products is 1-year except for the Gold CONVERTABLE™, which has a 2-year warranty. What if I don’t register my styling tool?

If you don’t register your styling tool, your warranty will be void. We strongly recommend registering your styling tool after purchasing. A warranty card can also be found inside your styling tool packaging which will point you in the right direction on our website. Are there any exclusions to my warranty?

The warranty does not include normal wear and tear including, but not limited to, shorts in the power supply cord or plug; damage due to misuse and/or abuse including, but not limited to, failing to properly clean and care for the iron; failing to strictly follow instructions and all safety precautions outlined; burning/damaging the cord while wrapping it around heated paddles; using the wrong voltage supply or converters in countries outside of the U.S.; tampering, such as repair or attempted repair by an unauthorized party; and/or water damage or damage due to submersion in any liquid.


What information do you store?

To accurately set up an account for you, we ask you for your name, home address, delivery address and email address. We store the given information along with your order history.

How do I change details in my account?

It’s simple – log in, and click on “my account” and you can easily make updates to each section in your account.

How often will I receive e-mails from you?

We won’t spam you! We like to keep you updated with exciting promotions, special social media giveaways, and product launches. You can expect an e-mail from us a couple times a month.

Is my information securely saved?

Yes, all your information is password protected and we never give your information out. For added security, you can change your password as often as you would like.


How do I receive a refund?

All our styling tools are created to the highest professional standards and are thoroughly checked before they are packaged. We will gladly accept the return of products that are under warranty and failed through manufacturer defect. Products purchased from may be returned if postmarked within 60 days for a complete refund. Products must be returned in like-new condition with all packaging, inserts and receipts. Please note that if your styling tool return is missing the packaging and any/all inserts, we can only offer a partial return. Products purchased from resellers may be returned to the point of purchased, but are subject to the return policy of the seller.

Do you offer replacements parts for my styling tool?

We do not offer replacement parts or repairing services for any of our styling tools.


How do I clean my styling tool?

We recommend periodically cleaning any residue from your styling iron plates. To clean, make sure the iron is unplugged and cool to the touch. To protect the ceramic, clean the plates with a soft dry cloth. Never scratch or file the plates with hard implements as this may damage the ceramic, reducing the plates’ smooth “slide and shine” features. Like any fine electronic appliance, treat it gently. Keep all air openings free of lint.

Can I use my styling tool when I travel to other countries?

Our styling tools are intended for professional use. They are fitted with a polarized plug for North America at 110V (one prong on the plug is wider than the other). As a safety feature, this plug will fit in a polarized outlet one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Certain models are equipped with an automatic dual voltage switch which will adapt to 220V with the appropriate adapter plug. Please check the plug requirements for each foreign country. Also, please check that the styling tool model you have is universal voltage. Using a power converter with a non-dual voltage model will void the warranty.

How do I take care of the styling cord?

Never wrap the cord around any styling appliance. Fold it like it arrived to avoid damaging it.
